My story 

Hi, I'm Tiffany. I'm a Certified Professional Life Coach (certified August 2026), and I started Tiffany R. Sellers Coaching for one reason: to help people who feel stuck gain clarity, reset, and intentionally create a future aligned with their values, goals, and purpose.

I didn't reset once. I reset over and over. For years, it was trial and error. Sometimes the system didn't work. Sometimes I didn't work, I just wasn't ready yet, and I didn't know it. I tried to figure it all out alone, and I kept wishing I'd had someone to guide me. Someone to say "it's not you, it's the approach" or "you're not failing, you're just not ready yet, and that's okay."

That's why I became certified, not because I have it all figured out. I’m not better than you. I’ve just survived my own messy middle and I know the way through!

What I believe

 These are the values behind everything I do:

• Intentional living — choosing your life on purpose, not running it on autopilot. 

• Continuous learning — I practice what I coach. 

My promise to you:

I don't want my clients to need me forever. My goal is empowerment, not dependence. You will leave our work together with the tools to navigate challenges long after coaching ends. You'll know how to reset whenever life throws you off course. That's the whole point.
